Our story
Chino's Kitchen started with one idea: bring the bold, honest flavors of Chihuahua, Mexico to Kalamazoo. I am the founder, and every recipe carries the style I grew up with — straight from northern Mexico. Now based in Kalamazoo, MI, I run this food truck to share that taste at your events, from backyard parties to full-service catering.
